Replacing the internal door handle on a Kia Rio follows a straightforward procedure that you can do yourself. When proceeding with the removal of the door panel, first disconnect the vehicle's battery. Start by opening the door and removing the screws that secure the panel; these screws are located on the outer side and behind the opening handle cover. Continue by removing the outer panel and the inner rubber. Also, remove the screw that connects the handle and unscrew everything, as shown in the video. Disconnect the connector and replace it with a new handle. Finally, reconnect and reassemble everything as done previously.
