In this tutorial, see how to replace the battery in the KIA Rio, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the dashboard is off for safety, then open the bonnet, loosen the negative terminal nut with a 10mm spanner, and disconnect it. Repeat the process for the positive terminal, unscrew the lower mounting bolt with a long 12mm spanner, and remove the old battery from its housing.

At this point, simply insert the replacement and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
