In this tutorial we can see how to replace the battery in the KIA Rio, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, so that you can operate safely, then open the hood, locate the bolt of the lower fixing bracket and unscrew it using a long 14mm socket wrench. Loosen the nuts of both terminals with a 10mm wrench, disconnect them starting from the negative one and remove the battery from the housing. At this point, all that remains is to insert the replacement and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
