How to Replace the Battery on Kia Rio

In this short video tutorial, we will see how to replace the battery on a fourth-generation Kia Rio. First, open the bonnet and begin by removing the two battery cables. Remove the negative terminal (black) first, followed by the positive terminal (red). To remove the latter, lift the cable cover and then unscrew the bolt. Now, carefully remove the side protection of the battery by pulling it upwards, and finally, remove the bolt and the securing bar located at the base of the battery. Once done, you can extract the battery and replace it with a new one by following the steps in reverse.
