Replacement of Front Headlight Bulb

Model: Kia Sportage MK 2, KM - Years 2004-2010

Open the bonnet and remove the rubber cover protecting the headlight by simply pulling it off. Disconnect the connector from the bulb. Carefully remove the bulb by first moving the retaining springs of the lamp, then pulling it out. Gently insert the new bulb, ensuring the correct position of the clips and taking care not to touch the glass bulb with your hands; if you do, clean the glass with a cloth soaked in alcohol. Carefully attach the spring and securely close the protective cover. Check for any corrosion on the contacts of the bulb holder and reposition it at the back of the bulb.
