How to Replace the Key Battery of the Kia Picanto

To replace the battery inside the smart key of your Kia Picanto second series (2011-2018) yourself, follow these steps. First, press the metal button located at the top of the cover to release the physical emergency key. Once done, remove the rear cover using your hands and locate the exhausted battery just underneath. Finally, remove the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032 battery. Refit the rear cover and you're done.
