The disassembly of the KTM Duke 390 engine can be done by loosening the screws that fix the engine block to the housing: in this way it will be possible to remove tubes and connectors, in order to extract the engine block from its seat. Now, the screws that fix the cylinder head and cylinder can be unscrewed, removing these two parts and accessing the underlying piston: the latter must be detached from its connecting rod by removing the pin and then proceeding with the removal of all other components. Now it will be possible to replace the necessary parts, mounting and reinstalling the engine in its seat.
