To disassemble the engine of the KTM RC 390, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block to its housing: this way it will be possible to remove all the pipes and connectors, in order to extract the engine block from its seat. At this point, the screws that secure the cylinder head and cylinder can be unscrewed, removing these two parts and accessing the underlying piston: the latter can be freed from its connecting rod by removing the pin and then proceeding with the removal of all the other components. Now it will be possible to replace the necessary parts, mounting and reinstalling the engine in its seat.
