To change the motor oil on a KTM Duke 390, start by placing the motorcycle on a stable stand to ensure it is in a vertical position. Under the engine, locate the oil drain plug and remove it with the appropriate wrench, allowing the used oil to completely drain into a suitable container. Once the oil has completely drained, screw the drain plug back on and tighten it properly. Next, locate the oil fill opening on the engine and fill it with the recommended new oil, using a funnel to prevent spills. Check the oil level to make sure it is correct, adding more oil if necessary. After completing the filling, start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to distribute the new oil. Finally, turn off the engine and check the oil level again, adding more if needed.
