In order to replace the rear shock absorber of the KTM 1190 Adventure R, you need to loosen the screws that fix it to its housing: this piece will be located in the central part of the bike between the beginning of the rear swingarm and the appropriate fender. Once the shock absorber fixing screws have been removed, you can proceed with removing the component from inside its housing: then you can insert the new replacement piece, fixing it properly with the respective upper and lower screws, also ensuring that it functions correctly.
