To replace the exhaust muffler of the KTM 1290 Super Adventure S, you need to loosen the screws that secure the exhaust terminal to its housing: this must also be freed from the connecting clamp located between the muffler and the exhaust collector.

Once the old exhaust terminal has been completely removed, you can position the new one: it can be secured with the appropriate screws to be inserted at the supports, and you also need to insert the ring between the muffler and the collector to ensure that everything functions properly.
