Replacing the pinion oil seal in the KTM EXC SX

First of all, to proceed with the replacement of the pinion oil seal in the KTM Exc SX, we must arrange the bike in a stable and safe position, so that we can work on it. At this point, we start by loosening, using the appropriate wrench, the nut / pin of the rear wheel and closing the adjusters. We remove the chain. Now, we can lay the bike, on the right side of the same, on the ground. Let's now proceed to remove the sprocket cover, the sprocket, the chain and the swingarm cover shoe. Remove the oil seal bushing. Clean and degrease the parts to be reassembled and replace the parts relating to the pinion oil seal. The reassembly operation must be carried out following the same steps seen in the disassembly but proceeding backwards. Also be careful to mount the bushing with the chamfered face inwards.

Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to remove and replace the headlight bulb of the Aprilia Sx 125, in simple and quick steps. First of all we put the stand and we begin to disassemble our front light; to do this we unscrew the fixing screws that we find on the sides, as shown in the video. At this point we disconnect the electrical connector and remove the rubber protection of the bulb; we release the metal clip to remove and replace the bulb with the new one, of the right type (in this case type H4), applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
