Before proceeding with the replacement of the stator on your KTM EXC 250, position the bike comfortably for working on it, ensuring it is stable and secure for the operator's safety. At this point, using an appropriate spanner, unscrew the bolts securing the part of the engine where the stator is located (immediately next to the chain sprocket). Next, unscrew the bolts that secure the engine component of interest (as illustrated in the images). Using a screwdriver, after unscrewing all the bolts, remove the stator from its seat and clean the area. Now fit the new stator, and then reassemble the engine component, following the same steps in reverse.
