In today's video, we will see how to disassemble and replace the drive sprocket on a KTM SMC 690, following the instructions below. First, remove the side cover by unscrewing the fastening screws with an 8 mm spanner; then remove the locking pin from the nut using something sharp like a flat screwdriver. Once removed, you can unscrew the sprocket nut while locking the crankshaft, and take it off as shown in the video. Clean the area around the gear and grease it before reassembling the sprocket!
