Start the engine for a few minutes to warm up the oil in the circuit. This will make it less viscous, facilitating its subsequent drainage. Unscrew and then remove the cover located under the engine compartment (this was not done in the video to show that such disassembly is not mandatory, but for convenience, I recommend removing it), then unscrew the bolt that seals the drain hole. Collect the used oil in a container and dispose of it properly (at recycling centres). Screw the bolt back into the drain hole and refill with the same amount of oil that drained from the upper hole.
