To replace the air filter on the BMW R 1200 GS LC, unscrew the screws securing the coloured panel located at the centre of the fuel tank: once the screws are loosened, you can completely detach this panel to access the underlying components. At the front, you will find the filter box, which must also be opened by loosening its securing screws: this way, the filter inside can be extracted and replaced with a new one. After replacement, refit the cover of the box and the central panel.
