If you have just completed the regular service on your KTM 790R but the service light continues to appear on the dashboard, you simply need to perform a quick manual reset. First, insert the key and turn on the ignition. Next, press the "Mode" button on the left side of the dashboard twice in quick succession. At this point, press the "Set" button multiple times until you see the maintenance message on the display. Finally, hold down the "Set" button and release it once the reset is complete.
