In this video tutorial, we will see how to remove and replace the rear brake pads on a KTM RC 390 motorcycle, but also on the 125. First, obtain the new brake pads, of the correct type for your motorcycle; then start by removing the cotter pin or the retaining clip from the central pin, then extract the latter with pliers. At this point, you can remove the brake pads found inside the caliper, in order to replace them with the new ones; clean the inside of the caliper and leverage inside to retract the piston: then mount the new pads!

The operation is very simple and quick; first, insert the motorcycle key into the designated slot and turn it to the first position to power on the instrument panel without starting the vehicle.
