In order to replace the air filter on the Aprilia SXV 450 you have to loosen the screws that fix the saddle and then you will have to remove the latter. After the saddle has been removed, it will also be possible to detach the side panels on the sides of the bike, so that the fuel tank can also be removed. This will also need to be disconnected before it can be removed entirely; underneath all these components will be the air filter, which must be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new one.
