To replace the air filter on the KTM EXC-250, you need to remove the side panel on the left side of the bike, just below the fuel cap. Under this panel, you will find the filter, which can be removed from its housing after moving the retaining clip. This will allow you to pull out the old filter and insert a new replacement. Secure the new filter with its clip and then cover everything by refitting the side panel with the appropriate bolts removed earlier.
