To replace the fuel tank on a KTM XCF, you need to loosen the bolts securing the seat using a Torx key. Once the seat is removed, disconnect the connector from the fuel pump. Next, disconnect the fuel hose on the side of the bike by simply pulling it off by hand. At this point, remove the fairings located on either side of the tank, remove its central securing screw, and extract it from its housing after also disconnecting the breather hose. After completing all these steps, you will be able to install a new tank.
