Today, see how to replace the engine oil and oil filter on the Ktm EXC-F 500, performing routine maintenance. First, warm up the engine for a few minutes and unscrew the oil drain bolt located under the engine, using a socket wrench with an extension; let the oil drain into a container for about ten minutes.

At this point, unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover to remove and replace the cartridge with a new one; finally, pour in the new oil by unscrewing the filler cap.
