How to Replace the Clutch on a KTM EXC 250?

To replace the clutch on a KTM EXC 250, loosen the screws securing the plastic cover on top of the clutch casing. Once the cover is removed, you can loosen the screws holding the casing itself to access the clutch.

The discs can be removed after unscrewing the specific bolts located inside. After replacement, close the casing and reinstall the plastic cover, securing it with the screws.
