In this brief guide, you will find instructions to remove and replace the thermostat of the KTM EXC 300 enduro bike, as well as the 125 and 250 models. First, place your bike on a stand and begin draining the coolant by disconnecting the thermostat hose; then disconnect the radiator pipe and undo the bolts securing the thermostat, removing it from the cylinder head circuit, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new original thermostat, topping up with new coolant!
