In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the spark plug in the KTM 690 SMC R, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait for the engine to be completely cold to work safely, then using an 8mm socket, undo the fixing bolts of the right side fairing and remove both it and the seat.

Next, locate the spark plug connector, disconnect it, and unscrew the spark plug using the appropriate tool. Once done, insert the replacement, tighten it if possible with a torque wrench set to 17 Nm, and reassemble everything.

How to Replace the Stator on the Triumph Daytona 675?

To replace the stator on the Triumph Daytona 675, loosen the screws that secure the cover located on the left side of the bike: once these screws have been removed, detach the cover and access the underlying stator. The stator can be removed from its housing by unscrewing the central screws that secure it: this way, you can insert a new stator into its housing, re-inserting the side starter motor.
