How do you disassemble the engine of the KTM EXC 450 F?

To disassemble the engine of the KTM EXC 450 F, you need to extract the engine block from inside its housing by unscrewing the screws that fix it to the respective supports. Then, after extracting it from its seat, you will need to unscrew the screws that fix the cylinder head and subsequently also the cylinder head. This will allow you to remove the two side half-casings and access the underlying components such as the clutch: at this point, you can work on the internal components, which may need to be replaced. After the replacement, the removed parts can be reassembled and the engine fixed.

In order to replace the instrument panel of the BMW R 1200 GS you have to unscrew the screws that secure the windshield, removing it completely; at this point, the three seeger rings that secure the instrument panel to the frame must be removed. At this point it will be possible to remove the instrument panel from inside its housing by disconnecting the connector at the rear. At this point it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the rear part of the instrumentation, removing the old dials and the display. In this way it will be possible to insert the new ones, reinstalling all the instruments.
