To replace the exhaust on a KTM 390 Adventure, loosen the screws that secure it to the brackets on the right rear of the bike. Once the bracket screws are loosened, you can also remove the screws that secure the clamp connecting the exhaust to the rest of the exhaust system.

At this point, insert the new exhaust into its housing; it can now be secured using the appropriate brackets and connected to the exhaust, ensuring proper operation.
