To replace the headlamp bulb on the KTM 990RR, loosen the screws located on both sides of the headlight assembly. Once these screws are loosened, you can remove the headlight assembly from its housing. This will allow you to disconnect the connector at the back and remove the bulb from inside the headlamp. Once the old bulb is removed, insert the new one into the headlight assembly. Finally, reconnect the connector to the headlamp and secure it in place.
