The procedure for replacing the exhaust on the KTM Duke 390 involves loosening the bolt that secures the clamp connecting the exhaust to the remaining part of the exhaust manifold. Then, you can proceed to loosen the bolt that secures the exhaust to its bracket at the rear, allowing it to be completely freed.

Once the part is no longer secured, you can remove it from its housing to insert the new one; the exhaust must then be installed onto the remaining part of the pipe with its clamp and secured to the bracket at the rear using the appropriate bolt.
