Follow these brief steps to remove and replace the fuel pump on a KTM RC 200 motorcycle. First, place the bike on a stand and remove the plastic cover from the fuel tank, then also remove the battery. Next, unscrew the fairing screws and then the tank screws to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the fuel pump mounting screws located underneath and replace it with the new original one.
