To replace the exhaust on the KTM Duke 890 R, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust terminal to its housing on the right side of the bike near the mudguard: once the securing screws are loosened, you can widen the ring that connects the exhaust to the collector so that it can be completely removed from its seat. This will allow you to insert the new replacement part, connecting it to the collector and securing it to the mudguard to ensure everything functions correctly.
