To replace the exhaust on a KTM EXC 250, loosen the screws that secure the side panel located at the rear side of the bike. By unscrewing the screws and removing this panel, you can then loosen the screws that attach the exhaust end can to its mount and widen the connecting clamp that joins the exhaust to the manifold.

Once the part is free, you can completely remove it and replace it with a new one; after the replacement, secure everything to ensure it functions correctly.
