To replace the spark plug on the KTM Duke 125, you need to remove the coil located at the top of the engine block cylinder: the coil is accessible from the right side of the frame, just below the fuel tank. Once the coil is disconnected, you can remove the spark plug underneath using the appropriate socket tool: at this point, you can insert the new spark plug into its housing and reconnect the coil.

This will allow you to start the engine and check that it runs.
