In order to replace the clutch of the KTM 690, you need to loosen the screws that secure the cover protecting the clutch discs: this cover can be found on the right side of the bike, in the central lower part of this side. Once the screws securing the cover have been loosened, you can proceed to remove it and locate the clutch discs: these can be completely removed by loosening the screws that secure them and inserting the new ones. After installing the clutch, you can cover everything again with the cover.

How to Remove the Engine from a KTM EXC 300?
