Engine and Transmission Oil Change for Kymco Agility 50

Guide for changing the engine and transmission oil of a Kymco Agility 50cc scooter. Obtain 1 litre of Motul 5100 SAE 10W40 engine oil and 1 litre of SAE 80W90 transmission oil. Position the scooter on the centre stand.

Place a container to collect the used oil under the engine. Using a ratchet and a 13mm socket, unscrew the engine oil drain plug located under the engine on the right side.

Allow the oil to drain and clean the plug thoroughly. Screw the plug back in until fully tightened.

Open the oil filler cap and pour in the engine oil according to the dipstick (700ml). Move the oil collection container under the rear transmission and unscrew the 13mm drain plug located at the bottom near the rear brake lever. Once drained, screw the plug back in. Unscrew the oil filler cap located above the lever, the central bolt is 13mm. Pour in 100ml of transmission oil.

How to Change the Engine Oil on the Kymco Like 200?

To change the engine oil on the Kymco Like 200, loosen the drain plug located at the central lower part of the bike: once this plug is removed, you can let all the used oil flow into a suitably positioned container. When all the lubricant has drained out, close the drain plug and top up the oil: this can be done by pouring oil into the breather located on the right side of the engine casing, just above the exhaust.
