Using a 12 mm socket, unscrew the two bolts that secure the caliper to the brake disc. Then remove the caliper from its seat and give it a quick clean first with an air compressor and then with brake cleaner spray. Move the caliper bracket to extract the first pad. Move it further until the end stop to extract the second pad. Give it another blow with the air compressor and insert the new pads, then reassemble the caliper and finally mount it back onto the disc by screwing in the two 12 mm bolts that were initially removed. As you can see, this is a really simple operation.
