To replace the shock absorbers on a Kymco Xciting S400i, lift the seat and loosen all the screws securing the under-seat compartment. In addition to these screws, also loosen those securing the side fairings shown in the video to make the operation easier. Once all obstructing parts are removed, loosen the bolts securing the shock absorbers at both the top and bottom. Then, the new shock absorbers can be fitted, and all previously removed parts can be reassembled.
