In this video, see how to dismantle and replace the rollers of the variator on the Kymco Agility 50cc scooter in simple steps. First, place the scooter on its centre stand and start by removing the clutch side cover, which is the left one, by unscrewing all the screws; then unscrew the central nut of the fan using a 17 mm spanner.

At this point, remove the bell and then the drive belt; also remove the variator and replace the rollers inside it, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
