In this guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble the belt and the variator of the Kymco Agility 50 scooter. First, we put the scooter on the stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws located on the side of the transmission cover, removing the cover afterward. Then, we unscrew the central screw of the fan and subsequently remove the belt and the variator, as shown in the video. At this point, we replace the rollers inside the radiator if necessary, as well as any other transmission components. Finally, we reassemble everything!
