This guide outlines the main steps to remove and replace the variator and its rollers on the Kymco Agility 50 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and begin unscrewing all the screws on the transmission side cover, which is the left side; then unscrew the nut of the fan and the nut of the clutch bell, subsequently removing the drive belt as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the variator and, if necessary, replace the rollers found inside, applying the reverse procedure!
