To replace the belt on the Kymco Agility 50, loosen the bolts securing the cover of the transmission casing: this is located on the left side of the bike, near the rear wheel. After removing the cover, access the underlying components by unscrewing the central nut that secures the variator and the clutch discs; by removing both components, the belt can be slid out of its housing, replaced with a new one, and all previously removed components reassembled.
