In this guide, we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the transmission belt of the Kymco Agility 50 scooter. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the transmission cover, in order to remove it; then we unscrew the central nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, subsequently removing the transmission belt and the variator, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new original transmission belt, inserting it correctly, and then reassemble everything!

How do you replace the transmission of the Honda ADV 150?

In order to replace the transmission of the Honda ADV 150 you have to unscrew the screws that secure the casing at the rear wheel, on the left side of the bike. Once the casing has been opened, it will be possible to access the underlying components: in particular, it will be necessary to unscrew the screws that secure the central pins of the variator and clutch, so that both can be removed. After removing the latter, the belt can also be removed, replacing everything with new pieces. Finally, the transmission will have to be sealed by fixing the crankcase again.
