How to Perform a Service on a Lancia Ypsilon

After running the engine for a few minutes to warm the circulating oil, lift the front of the car with a jack and place a container under the engine bay. Unscrew the drain bolt underneath. While the used oil drains into the container, unscrew the oil filter located in the engine bay, as shown in the video. Lubricate the O-ring of the new oil filter and screw it in by hand, tightening it slightly with the appropriate filter wrench. Screw the drain bolt back in and fill with new oil from the designated upper compartment of the car.
