In this video we can see how to replace the oil filter in the Lancia Ypsilon 1.3 Multijet, this procedure is valid for every car equipped with this engine. First we remove the intake manifold in order to gain room for maneuver, then we unscrew the fixing screws of the filter cover using a 10mm wrench and a Torx T30. Removed the cover, we unscrew the filter with a 27mm socket wrench. At this point, we extract the old filter and the gasket and insert the spare parts, draining all the engine oil. Finally, we make a complete top up using 100% synthetic oil.
