In this video, you can see how to replace the oil filter in the Lancia Ypsilon 1.3 MultiJet; this procedure applies to any car equipped with this engine. First, remove the intake manifold to gain working space, then unscrew the fixing screws of the filter cover using a 10 mm socket and a Torx T30. Once the cover is removed, unscrew the filter with a 27 mm socket. At this point, extract the old filter and the gasket, and insert the replacements, draining all the engine oil. Finally, perform a complete top-up using 100% synthetic oil.
