To replace the engine oil and filter on an Opel Corsa, open the bonnet and start the engine for a few minutes, then turn it off. Safely lift the vehicle and place a container under the oil sump. Unscrew the drain plug and allow the oil to completely drain out. Locate the oil filter, remove it with a special tool, and clean the seating area.

Insert the new filter, lubricating the gasket and tightening it properly. Reinstall the drain plug and lower the vehicle.

Pour the new oil through the upper cap, using the specified quantity. Start the engine for a few seconds, turn it off, and check the level with the dipstick, topping up if necessary to the correct value.
