How to Replace Engine Oil and Oil Filter on Opel Corsa C

Today, you will learn how to independently replace the engine oil and oil filter on the Opel Corsa model C. Before performing the oil change, it is important to pour a pre-change fluid into the reservoir. Open the front bonnet and pour the fluid into the oil reservoir; start the engine and let it run for about 15 minutes, then allow it to cool down to safely perform the change. Raise the vehicle on axle stands and remove the bolt with a 45 mm Torx key from the oil sump to let the used oil drain into a container placed underneath. To replace the oil filter, turn the casing counterclockwise to remove it from its seat. Close the bolt of the oil sump and lower the vehicle to proceed with the oil filter replacement. Complete the change by pouring the new fluid into the oil reservoir.
