To replace the remote key battery for the vehicle, follow these steps: First, extract the emergency key by pressing the small button on the back of the key. Then, use the emergency key to pry open the remote by leveraging along the seam. Remove the back cover to access the battery compartment. Use your fingernail to extract the battery from its housing. At this point, take the new battery (model CR2032) and place it in the housing, ensuring the positive terminal is facing up.
