Programming a Programmable Key on a Lincoln MKT

A simple way to program a programmable key on a Lincoln MKT is through a laptop with the conversion program and a connection slot to the OBD port. Just connect what we will call the "master key" into the designated slot located inside the glove compartment. From here, the program on the laptop extracts the data to transfer to the "slave key." Then, place the "slave key" in the same slot and start the data entry program; the data will be transferred to the second key, which will now be programmed the same way as the first, easily and quickly. Now, just disconnect all devices and you're done.
