How to Replace the Battery on a Lincoln MKC

If you notice that the battery in your vehicle is no longer efficient and you want to proceed with its replacement, follow the steps outlined below to perform the job safely. Once you lift the hood, you will find the battery on the left side of the compartment. Remove the air duct, then disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Next, pull the battery out of its housing and replace it with the new one. Finally, reconnect the positive terminal first and then the negative terminal, and reattach the air duct.
