To remove the rear brake drum on an LML Star, loosen the bolts securing the panel located next to the rear wheel on the left side of the bike. Once the panel is removed, you will have access to the underlying components and can locate the drum. You must loosen the nut that secures it to the central spindle before you can completely remove it; once the old drum is removed, insert the new one, securing it with the central nut and reattaching the previously removed panel.
